Day 1: You will learn defensive handling techniques for emergency situations as well as managing and training high- arousal dogs.
Day 2: Learn how to introduce dogs safely, discuss body language and practice managing multiple dogs in the yard.
Day 3 & 4: Introduction to behavior modification casework, including collecting and tracking behavioral data, designing and implementing behavior plans and training sessions.

After years of offering workshops for the staff at an entire shelter, we are pleased to welcome ANYONE to attend an in-person workshop, regardless of online course status! Work in small groups with experienced, certified coaches to build your skills in a safe, constructive environment. After the workshop, you will earn a Certificate of Completion, and the confidence and skills to improve the lives of the animals in your care!
