Program overview:  This series of educational modules will prepare participants to effectively use the Canine Assessment of Risk for Shelters (CARS) tool.

Cohort structure: Learners will join a cohort that will meet virtually for four months via the Litmos LMS platform. Each cohort will be invited to twice-monthly (bi-weekly) hour-long, live meetings via Zoom so that questions can be answered live and cases discussed. Attendance in this live sessions is optional. but highly recommended. The Zoom sessions will be recorded and shared only with the cohort.
